I seem to be good for about 5 hours before sensory overload kicks in and I CAN NOT ABSORB another bit of info. Like a sponge unable to take in one more drop. It’s a weird feeling. Sensory and mental too-muchness. The workshop–down in Asheville’s River Arts District–is being offered by Catherine Ellis. Last year I took her natural dyeing course but this year’s add-on–printing with natural dyes–takes the process to an entirely different level. Working with indigo, madder, cochineal, weld etc.
