   How do you stand during an earthquake with aftershocks. I guess you keep getting back up and hold on to something or someone. LAura

     For me, it’s also about “intention.” My intention is to stand firm. That’s not to say I always succeed.

       I expect that the intention is almost more important. There is a brilliant letter from Martin Scorsese on a site called Letters of Note about diversity. It was written in 2006 after the death of Frederico Fellini. Worth a read, I think.
